Church of Saint Procopius

Chyňava Church Monuments
Originally a Gothic style church dating back to 14th century, was rebuilt in 1779-82 in Baroque style. A new tower was built accordings to the plans of Prague architect Eduard Sochor. The furniture of this single-nave church is in New-Baroque style and dates back to the second half of 19th century. The paintings in the church were painted by Josef V. Hellich.
